Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I have 3 felonies in Michigan with the last one being almost 40yrs old. Can I get them removed my record?

No. The statute says that expungement is for one and only one offense. Multiple convictions of any time or variety cannot be expunged. Sorry. www.kliszlaw.com Tim Klisz

You don't qualify under present Michigan law. The law might change in the future.
While it's not possible to have your record cleared, it might be helpful for a lawyer to understand why you want this now. You're almost 60. if your record is preventing you from taking advantage of something you want to do, there may be another way.
