Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I am 29 and I received a felony conviction of embellezzelment of $1000 when I was 20. I also have a misdemeanor for Resisting arrest when I was 25. Since these incidents I have received a bachelors degree and my MBA. I am unemployed because of these convictions and I do not know how I can gain employment. Is there any options for me?

There's a bill that if passed, may allow you to have these 2 convictions expunged. However, at this time, you can not. It is too bad that someone with your educational background should have to go through this for the rest of your life. Contact your elected officials and help get this bill passed.
