My 19 year daughter is bipolar and has juvenile record for violence.
She is angry at me and told Mother I pulled her hair back and
kissed her on mouth with my hand on her buttocks 2 months ago.
She does not live with me; lives with boyfriend.
This is a lie. Wants car and money.
How do I respond, if at all?

Cut off all contact with her if she is trying to extort money from you. If you are contacted by the police, do not make any statement to them without an attorney being present. You can read more at:
