i accidentally left this kids jacket at the park, the next day he punches me in the face a couple times so i fiel an assault charge against me. He then tells me to drop the charge or he will file a charge against me for loosing his jacket which was worth over $500. should i drop the charge or does he have no case?

You filed an assault charge against yourself ? Stop beating yourself up! Once a charge is filed, only a prosecutor can dismiss.
