Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

allegied stealing

A lady said she saw my son steal 3 knives but no knives were found on him or in the cars and all they have are empty containers that these knives were suppose to be in but when I asked to see the videos they refused to show them to me because she said the all she needs are her eyes and that is her video. I also asked to have the 3 epmty containers finger printed and was turned down. They also gave me a letter telling me that I have 30 days to a fee of 234.49 Please any way you can help me out on this problem. I want to see the video of him stealing and they refuse to show me. What do I do?
