Your question is vague in regard to "I'm 22 " she was "17"... You need to read Michigan's CSC statute, 4th degree in particular see link- http://legislature.mi.gov/doc.aspx?mcl-750-520e

Intercourse is not the only way to trigger possible charges under the statute read the definition of "sexual contact" the age of consent is 16 however if you are employed by the school where the "consenual" sexual contact is made with the enrolled student and the student is 16 but less than 18 that can trigger consequences.... With the information you have provided I cannot cover all the possible "charges" but you should start with reading that statute. And it goes without saying, if contacted by a police officer you should contact counsel immediately

Your girlfriend "was 17", but you are alive today at 22?

What happened to her?

What did her dad find out, and when did he know it?

It's interesting that you have had no sex with her father, but why mention it?

Why does he want to press charges? Did you try to have sex with him and he refused?

These and other questions can be addressed with legal help, and you do need help of some kind.
