Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

Arrest

My daughter was arrested for disorderly conduct and interfering with a cop. She weighs 90lbs, the cop about 240. He threw her face first to the cement. Her face has 2 good size abrasions and is swollen. Both upper arms are bruised from heavy handling, but there is no mention of resisting. This happened in front of her apartment. She kept telling the police that her 12 year old daughter was asleep upstairs, but they didn't believe her, so they took her away and my granddaughter was left alone not kowing where mom was till the next afternoon, after my daughter called me. She said they also left the left profile of her face, with all the damage out of her mug shots. I have pictures of her.
