Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
i was caught at the U.S. /Canadian border with less than a gram of marijuana and it was turned over to the police department of that town in michigan. i am a florida resident and start school on jan 10th and i have a court date on the 12th.what can i expect as a penalty? and how should i defend myself?
