Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

I got caught stealing $94 worth of clothes from a clothing store. Just wanted to see what my possible sentencing might be. Keep in mind that when I was 17 (3 years ago) I got charged with one count home invasion, 2nd degree. I got off probation a year early for good behavior and recieved the HYDA program, which will wipe the charge off your record if you complete certain guidelines and stipulations. I did everything 100% right when I was on probation and got it off my record. I know the judge will see that in court, however, I was just wondering what you think he will sentence me to?

When we beat a case, there is no sentence at all. Other times we can reduce the impact of a sentence or reduce the severity of a sentence. I recommend you have a tough attorney fighting for you in this case.

If you're going to court unrepresented, have someone drive you, wear shoes with no laces, and be able to hold your pants up without a belt.
