Im being charge with conducting criminal enterprise because I was living with a person that was into fraud, My attorney wave my pre-exam and i dont understand why ,I ask him ask he file a motion to have it quash and he said no because my exam was wavied,Im in the process of hiring a new attorney and my question is can my new lawyer file a motio to have my pre exam brought back up. Im innocent and I have a professional carrer and a college student Im so confuse with my case
