My daughter and some friends were walking through the local woods and were given tickets for trespassing. My daughter missed here court date but has recently been given another one. She doesnt have money for an attorney. The officers told her to talk to the prosecuting attorney before the court date to see what he will do for her. Do we need and attorney for this?

Probably not if she has average intelligence or get a court appointed lawyer.
