Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

default judgement

Filed on someone over a check.She came in court the day of the judgement to be entered.The judge granted me my judgement she filed to over turn it ,but she could not.She filed for appeal and the only this court of appeals could not tell was who servered her.Is there a time limit of a year and a judgement can not be turned over.Please answer me soon tomorrow it will be a year and i can not take much more.I have had this judgement for 1 year nov 21,2007 please help me

Your question was posted in the wrong section of Lawguru.com. You posted it in the Michigan "criminal law" section, but your question has to do with civil law, or collection law, or something of that nature.

You should re-post your question in another section that is more applicable to the area of law your question entails because attorneys who specialize in that area will answer it.
