Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

FBI background check

SUmmer 2003- i have gotten 2 MIPs (guilty) and refusal to take PBT (guilty). An additional MIP and Disorderly Conduct were dismissed. I am getting an FBI fingerprint background check done on me for a job. What will show up on this? will the two dismissed charges show up?

Also, I am on a voluntary probation for a felony (never charged to me...if i complete the program, the crime will not be charged). Since no felony charges were ever brought to me, will this show up on my background check?

Re: FBI background check

Regarding the "uncharged felony" for which you're serving some kind of informal, pre-issuance probation ... if you were arrested and/or fingerprinted for the incident, it will probably show up on a background check by the Feds. The Fed's level of access to the Michigan CCHs will probably show entries for fingerprinted felonies that have not had dispositions.
