Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

Is there any way to fight a case thats closed? I was convicted of 2 counts of delivering and manufacturing marajuana and 2 conts of maintaining a dope house (vehicle) I was set up by someone trying to get their charges dropped. The undercover cop knew I wasnt a dealer and I was going into Detroit City to get it from real dealers as a favor to the friend setting me up. I was given a court appointed lawyer and he didnt ask questions. He said the case was open and close. I did it so I had to take the plea. I did the crime twice and showed up in 2 different cars, my mothers and my brother in laws. How is that maintaining anything? This case still bothers me...Should I just give it up and forget about it?

I assume the time to appeal has passed. That leaves you with a motion for relief from judgment. Such motions are very hard to win, especially if you pled. If you want to go for it, I suggest you look into the maintaining a drug house and thesufficiency of the factual basis (what you said at the plea that makes you guilty of the offense).
