Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

I just found out that the sentencing date for my marijuana possession charge is august 22nd, so I can assume that my probation is going to begin on that date. I live in Michigan, and plan on attending college in Ontario in the fall, I would be leaving on september 1st. The probation officer said that if I move to Canada, I will have to find a place there to take monthly drug tests and have them faxed back to the county in Michigan in which I was arrested. What would the consequences be if I just didn't do any of that and never took any drug tests in Canada? Also, I was found with less than a 1/2 gram of pot, an extremely miniscule amount. With all the other things i'm going to have to take care of upon moving to a different country, and beginning school, I don't also want to have to deal with finding a place to take monthly drug tests. Another thing is, I was born in Canada, and am a citizen there. I have been living in Michigan for the past 14 years. (i'm 18)

From your age and description of the offense I am going to guess that you have struck a 7411 deal. I can't stress enough that non-compliance with the terms of your sentence deal will have serious consequences for you. Getting this charge removed from your record is important and you do not want to jeopardize that chance. Please feel free to call if you decide you need representation.
