Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Ilegally obtained monies
I inherited a large some of money and property from my father whom worked for Jonny Purple of the Detroit purple gang in the 1920-1930s. he made this money through VERY illegal means. if this was to become known at this time by the F.B.I. could it be conficated?

No. but I still wouldn't go around bragging about where the money came from. Most great wealth has somewhere back in history been gotten by some form of skullduggery. So spend it humbly, and don't tell the family history. Follow the Kennedy clan in that practice.
