Is it illegal or criminal to monitor a conversation using an i phone without the knowledge of the other person in the conversation?
I need the US law and German law on this subject. Both from a criminal and employment perspective. I have suspicion of an employee recording conversations. Also,could this be considered civilian misconduct if done with malicious intent as a US government employee?
