interstate transfer adult probation

i have been searching for an answer to this for a while. i as arrested in september of 06 for possesion analog drugs (in my fiance's car with his proscribtions) i was sentenced in dec. my mother has moved to florida and MI has no work for many of us. i am a full time student that lives a life focused on work and school mostly. i have complied completely with probation and i desire to move to florida with my mother. how do i do this transfer thing? i asked my probation officer a while ago and he said thier is no forms or booklet, but went on line and found one that appears to be for them to fill out, do i write out a formal request? the other thing is i expected to discuss this with my probation officer this week when i reported but i paid off my fines on monday and he said he'd just see me next month and hired me off. can i show up anyway i dont want to wait another month to start the process? thier are many reasons i think i would benifit and my mother form this move, but mostly my fiance is laid off (since sep o6 also) and we are running out of cash to stay here this state's economy is real real bad. please help with what ever adivce you can give.
