First- get a lawyer. You are chaged with a crime that has a possible 93 day jail sentence. It could mean the difference between jail and no criminal record at all. Secondly, your parents will only be involved if you are in juvenile court, otherwise you are on your own. Contact me at www.kliszlaw.com to discuss further. Tim Klisz

For the last time, just show up when you're scheduled and do what I told you. If you're confused about anything at any time, step outside the court and call me.

And stop asking your mother for advice. The judge will not be asking you why you plead not guilty.
