What if you did serve time in prison what are the chances of someone having their felony expunged?

You can get it expunged so long as you meet the expungement requirements. A part of the requirement is that you have only one conviction on your record; it has been 5 years from the date you were released; and it is a qualifying crime (not a capital offense, owi, csc1,etc.).
