Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
my son was shot by his father inlaw as my son drove past his house! he was hit in the back and lost his kidney the father inlaw was charged with assualt with intent to murder but he claims he was just trying to scare him when he shot! the prosecutor on the case has droped the charge to felonious assualt whats the deal?
