tresspassing in Michigan

Yes, a person CAN be arrested in Michigan for the crime of tresspassing, even though it is sometimes coonsidered a "minor" offense. Miranda warnings do not always have to be read for anyarrest...it is done on a "case-by-case" basis. And there is no statewide "policy" on tresspassing, prosecutions vary from city to city.
