My wife wants to get a medical marijuana card. But in my past in 1994 i had a drug charge I was inprisoned in Mexico for 9 years. I have been clean and done nothing since 1994. I want to know could she get in trouble for having it around me or could i? And also we have 4 kids. They will not EVER be around it. Can we have legal problems because of the kids or my past.
