Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Michigan

sexual harassment

My supervisor showed me pictures of his penis on his computer,and made sexual advances afterwards. I filed a harassment claim with Human Resources, this is not the first claim against him the first claim Human Resources ignored. How do I go about seeking money damages?

If you can prove he did these things -- for instance,

by having a print of the page he sent -- then go to a lawyer quickly.
