Statichtory Rape Laws

I was wondering the legal age for those over 18 in connection with statchotory rape? How old is legal? How old is illegal?

I believe the law simply provides that if you have the ability to formulate a specific intent, you can be guilty of stuatutory rape. Boys younger than eighteen years old have been convicted of the crime.
