Legal Question in DUI Law in Michigan

I was arrested for a OWI and my araignment date was set for Sept 07 which is labor day, the court is closed on labor day, It says at the bottom of the paper that if the Defendant dont show up I will be held in contempt of court but if the plantiff dont show up the case will be dissmissed. I was wondering since no one will be there due to it being closed can i get this case dissmissed and how should I go about doing that?

That's a plaintiff in a civil case. If you show up, you will be all alone. Court is closed on labor day. www.kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz

An administrative error is not going to get you out of a owi but a good owi defense attorney can help you find ways to beat it. Daniel Hajji 248.865.4700. Feel free to contact us.
