Disorderly Conduct while Drunk

How long can they hold you in jail before they will allow you to post bond when arrested for ''drunken disorderly''?

This depends. If a person is still under the influence, the police can hold a person up to 20 hours for him to sober up. Also, in general a person can be held up to 48 hours before formal charges are brought. After 48 hours the person should at least be arraigned.
