Well....first you get drunk....and then you become disorderly while you're drunk....and then you get caught by the police while you're both drunk and disorderly.

a person who is intoxicated in a public place and is either endangering directly the safety of another person or of property or is acting in a manner which causes a public disturbance is guilty of disorderly conduct.

Usually the defense to such a charge is vagueness.
