The drunk driving third offense is a felony. I strongly suggest that you phone Attorney John English at

Mr. English has a great track record with these cases. For more information, go to:

1-5 year Felony, mandatory jail, 5 year operator's license revocation, strict state (not local) prosecution, mandatory drug/alcohol treatment, heavy fines and costs depending on the circumstances, community service, automobile seizure or immobilization, cancellation of auto insurance.
If you took the breathylzer (Datamaster), what did you blow?
Call me to see if there is a solution.
Re: D.U.I
What is critical in your case is wherwe you were charged. Some counties are more lenient than others. ee that your zip code is for Southfield. Is that where you got the case?
Please feel free to call me, if you would like. there are many defenses to OWI 3d that are oftern overlooked by others...
