extension of probation
1. I was not represented by legal counsel.
2. I was physically unable to do any kind of work and still
under heavy doctor's restrictions. I have pins,plates,and screws in my left leg.
3. I started back to college to get more education to get a job that I can work with my restrictions and I am working college work study so now I am able to send some money towards my probation but the probation officer is going to violate me. Because they wantme to go to counseling which I still don't have insurance to pay for and because I haven't paid the moneyfine I owe the court. If they put me in jail I won't have anything I will lose my home my job and will lose my chance to go to school. Can you help me????
