impaired driving
I was charged with impaired driving in 1998. I am applying for jobs which require a background check. I am wondering if I need to write this on my applications or if will not show up on a background check being that it was eleven years ago?

Depending on how much time and effort your future employer will put into the background check, it may or may not show.
An 11 year old impared driving should not affect a decsion to hire.
