Re: getting license back

You need to have an a qualified alcohol therapist fill out an Evaluation and submit it to the Drivers License Appeal Division (DLAD). The DLAD will then schedule a hearing. Important: the DLAD has regulations that they will send to you so you know what to provide as back-up. MORE IMPORTANTLY, it is unusual for the DLAD to grant a license the first time you request it. You should retain an attorney to assist you and go to the hearing with you. Call me if you have any other questions. John C. Talpos (http://www.Mich-Lawyer.com) I can be reached at (248) 743-6800
