I live in Michigan where my license has been revoked for a second offense O.W.I. I have family (mother) who lives in Indiana, who have talked to someone who works on the driving board in Indiana and said I could get my Indiana drivers license if all fines were paid in Michigan. So hypothetically lets say I have a valid Indiana license, and I get pulled over in Michigan where my license is revoked, what is a Michigan police officer legally allowed to do in regard to that situation?
