Open intox Ticket
I was recently give a open intox ticket because my passenger was drinking while in my car. My car was parked and the keys were not in the ignition as a matter of fact they were zipped up in my purse in the back seat. i have no prior tickets of any kind but one speeding ticket. I have court tomorrow and do not know what i should do and how i should plea or if there any way to get out of it? i also got breathalized and blew a zero i was not drinking but it was my car so it was my responsibilty what should i do??
