ouil while boating

I was out boating and got stopped for a safety check and ended up with a ouil while boating! HELP!?!? Need advice!!!

First, if you haven't already been arraigned, stand mute or plead not guilty at your arraignment. Second, hire a criminal defense attorney. Don't attempt to 'save' money by handling it yourself. It will cost you more in the long run, including potentially overlooking possible defenses.
