Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Over 18, not in school but still paying

My son turned 18 in October, 2006..... School records show he hasn't been to school since that time. They are now garnishing my wages for support.

Since my doesn't mind these checks still coming in she won't go to FOC with me to clarify.

What can I do?
