Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Annulment based on Fraud

I was married in Michigan in Feb 2007, he filed for annulment May 2007. The papers say based on Fraud. Goes to court first of August 2007 uncontested as I was not working and had no money to contest or obtain a lawyer. My question is two-fold. Are these annulment papers public knowledge and if I were to apply for a job anywhere and they do a background check on me, would the annulment or anything connected to what the annulment papers said be accessable and ultimately cause me to not be employed because of it? I have now moved to Missouri and he is still in Michigan. He did not want a divorce. After being served the papers, we continued to remain in the same house living as husband and wife till June 13, 2007 upon which I moved out of the house.
