Hello i'm married 23 years. Just found out my husband just got married. I need to no what's my next step go to a police.Make a report i no i need a lawyer.Not much income.

His second/new marriage will be void and annuled since he was already married at the time he got married. And yes, you can contact the police department if you want him to be prosecuted. You will need to provide the police with proof of his new marriage, and his marriage to you.

Yes, call the police and make a report. Then hire an experienced family law attorney.
