Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
In the case of an DO DIY divorce in Macomb County Michigan , my paperwork shows I’m required to file a praecipe along with the Notice of Hearing. I can not locate such a document to file and I’m stumped what this document is for.

Perhaps you are beginning to understand that practicing law isn't a DIY job. Most people get stumped somewhere along the way. Those that don't get stumped often do things blindly without understand what they are doing and why they are doing it. It often comes back to haunt them.
