Child custody
My daughter lives in Reed City, Michigan she is learning disabled and so is her husband. Her husband is verbally abusive (among other things) to her and their 18 month old baby. She wants to leave him and come home to Missouri, can she leave the state with the baby.

She should not leave the state with the child if the father disagrees. Instead, she should file for divorce and ask the judge's permission to leave the state with the child.
