child paternity
I am currently pregnant and and to this point I have believed one person to be the father of my baby however he may not be the father, now I am getting married to someone else, if I get married and want to just put new husband as my babys father on the birth certificate is there any way the other man can demand a paternity test?

He could ask the court to order paternity testing. He could also take other steps before the baby is born.
