Child Support Percentages?

Can anyone tell me the highest percentage that FOC can take from a pay check for Child support and back child support?

I have heard anywhere from 30% to 50%?

Greetings; Michigan law has not imposed a limit. Each judge (or FOC) can determine what percentage is appropriate. I have seen as high as 65%. Atty. Trichler; www.trichler.com
