child support
i received a notice for request of back child support. it is frome the wayne county friend of the court. there is no attorneys name in the plantiffs box instead it has gwendolyn gary vs--name removed---name removed-- mrs. gary is my mother but she said that she did not request this support. could you inform me as to who did

If the mother received social services, even for medical, that is your answer. William S. Stern

It depends on whether the child support is owed to the state or to the mother. I suggest you make arrangements to pay the child support asap, because the state is now incarcerating people who owe back child support.
