my ex wife is getting re married to a guy in the military in virginia we are in michigan she says that she is going to court to have it ordered to let her take my son to virginia she says the court is in her favor cause he is in the military plus she had me arrested for dimestic violence but all charges were drop i was wondering if it is possible for the courts to order it since in our divorice it states she cant move more than 100 miles of me

There are certain criteria that must be met before the Court will entertain permitting her to move to another state. If there is a an established custodial environment, this may give her an edge; however, the fight is not over if she is not able to meet all of the criteria adequately. There are also some things that you can use to try to barter with her.
