Getting My Daughter Back Home

I have legal physical custody of my daughter and she is currently living with her father has expressed to me several times that she wants to come home and her father is refusing to let her come home I need to do this legaly please answer asap!!!!

In what county do you live? How old is your daughter? How long has her father had her? In what city does he live?

Is he your ex husband? Have you been to court recently? When did the court award you custody?
