Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

daughter and son-in-law

I would like to know if my son-in-law has the legal right to take my grand-son from his mother,my daughter before she speaks to a attorney about seperating with her husband. He told her he was going to take him for three days. I am worried and not able to help pay for attorney fees! Nor is she!

Re: daughter and son-in-law

possession is nine tenths of the law- she should withhold visitation/custody and file an immediate complaint and motion. It is imperative that she retain an attorney ASAP!
