Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Divorce Decree enforcement

My ex-wife was ordered to pay for a van that we had while we were married; it was in my name and when I gave her the money to make the payments she kept the money. In court she said yes she agreed to pay for it and they put it in the decree. My check was recently garnished for the $6,000. How can I enforce the decree and get my money back?
