divorced in Florida, moved to Michigan

I have a divorce agreement in Florida. My ex-husband and I both moved to Michigan and are having child support issues. How do I get my divorce recognized in the state of Michigan?

If you mean that you have a judgment entered in Florida, the Michigan courts are required by the Constitution to recognize the Florida judgment or decree. See a lawyer about having the matter transferred to Michigan. William S. Stern
