Domestic violence/child custody
My ex boyfriend was charged with Domestic violence against me and MDOP against my friends car. He has also during our relationship hurt my oldest daughter. We have a 7 month old together and my question is would he be able to get unsupervised visits with out daughter? I do not trust him around children. He has a very bad temper. Thank you for your attention.

I don't know nearly enough to answer visitation questions. You should be asking your own attorney these questions. Visitation issues are quite involved and complex and your attorney is in the best position to answer you questions.
