emergency need quick answer

I signed a divorce agrement last night and not sure about it how do I stop it he will probably file it in court tomorrow

It will be very difficult to stop it. The burden will be on you to show duress or undue influence. You willl have to file a motion before the judge asking to block entry of the judgment. It will be difficult. William S. Stern
